Test Analysis:
So glad that I wanted to do cartwheels down the beach this morning. We have overcome another major engineering hurdle, in part because the device is now set to target 4 p.m.  Also 20 physicists were e-mailed in advance of the live demonstration to see if the observer effect would affect the results; of which it didn't. Solar weather conditions were perfect, with solar flares occurring a few days prior and a quiet Schumann resonance and biostress 2mev levels were higher. There were 2 major discoveries here. The first was a strong timelock during the PSI Chip Priming phase was present and the second was that we now know that even with slightly elevated biostress levels (2mev) an adaption mechanism is taking place.  Both of these factors indicate that interference can be forecast with great accuracy in future pre-trial tests. It is interesting to note that the Twilight Zone episode titled: No Time Like the Past, the episode shows that the scientific equipment used to send the man back into the past 3 times involves a process where the team has to wait for interference to clear before he can time travel. Because time is frequency and all frequency undergoes interferrence at some point, wanting to access the future is only a matter of waiting for the right time. Looking at formation / style. we have a 80% smooth flow at point 1 and a 100% smooth flow at point 2. We strongly believe we should be operating at 100% accuracy in the coming months ahead.
