Tachyons travel / are generated in waves with more occurring at LST Precognition Peak Times  and during solar flares meaning they are photonic in origin. Tachyons may occur as waves riding incoming cosmic rays which enhances the body's sensitivity to future events via the parasympathetic nervous system.

During first quarter moons and solar flares sonic booms are produced via the solar wind. These sonic booms are produced at the quantum level possibly creating a type of Doppler echo effect sending energy from the future back to the present. kind of like ripples on a pond of water flowing back to their point of origin after the water has been disturbed. These sonic booms on the moon are of low infra-sound type waves which the human nervous system may also be able to tune into. A quiet Schumann resonance may make it easier for ARV technology to "detect" these sonic booms which consist of information.

As Barometric Air Pressure begins falling, cosmic rays start increasing, at two separate intervals (Influence of the Atmospheric Mass on the High Energy Cosmic Ray Muons during a Solar Cycle A. H. Maghrabi,1 et al. May 2015).

).

Most ARV Sessions are conducted from the moon's first quarter until the full moon. In many cases during these times there is increased water moisture in the air which can lead to enhanced rainfall, which is why the barometric air pressure sometimes (but not always) starts dropping around full moons. For example a study showed that during full moons weather conditions were not as favorable compared to other moon phases. This resulted in less injuries because people spend less time outdoors when the weather is bad (Relation of the weather and the lunar cycle with the incidence of trauma in the Groningen region over a 36-year period. Stomp W et al. Nov 2009)..

In Science Magazine on December 2nd, 1892 on page 311 it clearly shows that the possibility of rainfall gradually increases as the full moon approaches, with another chance around the new moon.

Cosmic Rays and the Enhanced Possibility of Rain

Cosmic rays come from the center of our galaxy, supermassive black holes, our sun and other points in the universe with cosmic rays increasing when there are more solar flares (Cosmic Ray Increases Associated with Solar Flares. Wilson, B. G. & Nehra, C. P.).  Increased cosmic ray counts contribute to enhanced water moisture, which increases the likelihood of clouds (Cosmic Influence on the Sun-Earth Environment. Saumitra Mukherjee).  Clouds produce rain.  When barometric air pressure is higher, it is exactly the opposite; ie: less water moisture in the air, warmer temperatures and no chance of rain.  It is during this period of higher barometric air pressure, that as it starts to fall towards lower air pressure that atoms occurring in the future during the lower barometric air pressure period are flowing back to the period of higher air pressure.  Hence, these atoms use cooler temperatures and moisture to complete their journey.  It is already a well known fact in quantum physics that time flow is affected by cooler temperatures (Sympathetic Ground State Cooling and Time-Dilation Shifts in an 27Alþ Optical Clock. J.-S. Chen et al. Feb 2017). One of nature's largest time dilation effects come from muons in cosmic rays (Michael Richmond.rit.edu)

Tachyons and Cosmic Rays

Tachyonic type particles travel with or ahead of incoming cosmic rays. On page 735 of New Scientist Magazine dated Mar 21, 1974 an excellent article described a cosmic ray experiement that found particles that travelled faster than cosmic rays.  These particles seemed to travel slighly ahead of the incoming cosmic rays, kind of like a wave front type formation (New Scientist Mar 21, 1974 -page 735). The human nervous system is sensitive to these changes in time arising from the tachyonic particles.

The Terahertz Frequency and the Nervous System
Cosmic rays have a frequency of approximately 241.8 THz which is the same frequency as near infrared photons.  The frequency of near infrared photons is a frequency that easily and deeply penetrates the skin (Near-infrared photonic energy penetration: can infrared phototherapy effectively reach the human brain? Theodore A Henderson and Larry D Morries). Frequencies of THz have been shown to affect the nervous system in studies conducted on animals (Regulatory Effects Of Terahertz Waves. Vyacheslav F. Kirichuk and Alexey N. Ivanov. 2013) and near-infrared light is used to bring health to the nervous system (Red/near-infrared irradiation therapy for treatment of central nervous system injuries and disorders. Fitzgerald M et al. 2013).

ARV reseach conducted over the last few years has found an increased success rate of Associated Remote Viewing Sessions when cosmic ray counts have been higher than average. Every ARV Session is preceded by a HeartMath Coherence Session which brings balance to the mind and heart, also known as HRV for short.  HRV is a physiological measure that reflects autonomic nervous system activity and dynamics. Scientific studies have also shown that HRV is beneficially enhanced when cosmic ray activity is above average has been growing / increasing (Evidence for an anomalous anticipatory effect in the autonomic nervous system. Rollin McCraty et al. Jul 2017).

HRV divides heart rhythm oscillations into primary frequency bands.

High Frequency -  from 0.15 Hz to 0.4 Hz (parasympathetic nervous system or vagal
activity).

Low Frequency - from 0.04 to 0.15 Hz (vagally mediated baroreceptor activity.

Very Low Frequency - from 0.0033 to  0.04 Hz (sympathetic nervous system activity, including physical activity or stress)

Summary
HF Activity (high frequency) can be influenced by the parasympathetic nervous system and vice versa by practicing heartmath

Hypothesis
A quiet / calm Schumann resonance, which is caused by enhanced cosmic rays. This has already been shown in a study where Alabdulgader et al. (2018) found that not only solar wind intensity was correlated with increase in heart rate variability (HRV), but also the intensity of cosmic rays, solar radio flux, and Schumann resonance power were all associated with increased HRV and parasympathetic activity (Geomagnetic disturbances driven by solar activity enhance total and cardiovascular mortality risk in 263 U.S. cities. Carolina Leticia Zilli Vieira et al. Sept 2019).

In the study referenced earlier, Evidence for an anomalous anticipatory effect in the autonomic nervous system, researchers found that increasing cosmic rays and a higher F10.7cm radio flux (usually associated with solar flares) stimulated the body's parasympathetic nervous system. They also discovered that in healthy individuals, an increase in the sun's F10.7cm radio flux was associated with lower fatigue, an increased positive attitude and mental clarity, while increased solar wind speeds (which is usually 460 and above) had the opposite effects. The study also found that HRV was also positively correlated with solar radio flux and that the actual increase in parasympathetic activity began approximately 20 hours after the increase in the F10.7cm solar radio flux.

Hypothesis
This would mean that the body's parasympathetic nervous system would also show a positive reaction / stimulation approximately 20 hours after an increase in cosmic ray activity. Although, further research studies are needed to confirm this theory. This stimulation effect may also occur during solar flares, with the possibility of the stimulatory effects on the parasympathetic nervous system lasting up or occurring a few days thereafter due to the huge amount of energy released during solar flares.

Receiving Feedback

It is key that the body is relaxed when performing an ARV session. Hence, if one could more clearly connect to the quiet Schuman resonance occurring during this time, one could more clearly receive images from / of the future.

Schumann Resonance Frequencies - 14.3Hz, 20.8Hz, 27.3Hz and 33.8 Hz.

Beta brainwaves are from 13 to 30 Hz.

As one can easily see, our brain's beta brainwaves overlap with earth's Schumann resonance.

Jasmine and Brainwave Activity
Jasmine stimulates human attention and alertness and is used in the treatment of severe depression, to soothe the nerves and invoke feelings of confidence, optimism and euphoria, while revitalizing and restoring energy and improving memory.A study found that Jasmine Essential Oil, when inhaled, slowed down beta brainwave activity and increased awakening with Beta brainwave activity showing increases specifically in the brain's anterior center and left posterior regions. The study also found that inhaling either one of the essential oils of Rose, jasmine and lavender suppresses the body's muscle sympathetic vasoconstrictor activity and lowers blood pressure by affecting the central nervous system higher than the midbrain. Also either Jasmine or Lavendar enhanced concentraion levels and positive attitude (Influence of Fragrances on Human Psychophysiological Activity: With Special Reference to Human Electroencephalographic Response Kandhasamy. Sowndhararajan and Songmun Kim. Nov 2016). Another study found that inhaling the scent of Jasmine Essential Oil, it relaxed the body'd central nerve system. A study found that people inhaling a light scent of Jasmine Essential Oil exhibited increased parasympathetic nervous activity (A Study about the Inhibition Effect of Jasmine Essential Oil on the Central Nervous System. Tsun-Cheng Kuo et al. 2017). The nervous system stimulating effect of EO from jasmine (Jasminum sambac L) were tested by Hongratanaworakit (2010).

 Summary

Hence, the above states are most likely occuring on a collective level when earth's Schumann resonance is at a quiet / calmer leve.  I go more into this collective effect in my book Solar Flares and Their Effect Upon Behavior and Human Health and give a rough outline on the earth behavior wepage.

Misc Interesting Facts

Gamma brainwave oscillations are in the frequency range of between 30 and 120 Hz and occur most often when the brain is in an aroused, attentive state of mind (Gamma Band Neural Stimulation in Humans and the Promise of a New Modality to Prevent and Treat Alzheimer’s Disease. Barry McDermott,. et al. Aug 2018.

30Hz = 11.46 metres
13hz = 3.8 meters

13Hz is in the range of high alpha and calmer beta brainwave activity.  This is commonly known as “active” intelligence". Individuals with learning disabilities or attention problems show a deficiency of 13Hz brainwave activity which affects their ability to effortlessly perform sequencing tasks or calculations of math.
